Raioni Madison-Jones is the founder and Executive Director of 3D Girls, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to educate and empower young women to be advocates for themselves and their families. As a human service professional, she has been a pillar in the community for over 12 years, serving at-risk populations. There is no limit of positive characteristics to describe her, but if one were to make mention, they would have to acknowledge her creativeness, passion, drive, talent and compassion for the community.
Through grant writing, strategic planning and fundraising, Ms. Madison-Jones strives to challenge and expose our communities to a healthier, more productive, and fulfilling lives. As a consultant, her clients range from public and private community organizations to educational institutions. It is through this work that she is able to shape and mold the visions of her client's into reality. Consultation structure considers client’s needs, flexibility and budget.
Consulting fees for the following services are contracted on a per-project basis; rates will be discussed during the initial consultation. Final contracts will include maximum fees for each project and a deadline for which each project is to be completed. Costs for projects vary depending on your organization's needs, the scope of work, and specific requirements for individual projects.
Business Plan Development
Identifying the mission, vision, objectives, goals, and outcomes of an organization.
Board Development
Board recruitment, by-laws, and training for members.
Sustainability/Fundraising Plan Development
Strategically planning and developing actions to maximize the organization’s sustainability.
Needs Assessment & Research Evaluation
Identifying the population that the organization plans to impact with supporting research on how this initiative is different from or will contribute to other similar causes.
Logic Model
A visual diagram that clarifies what the initiative plans to do, who it will impact, and what the outcomes will be. This model will ultimately show potential funders, partners, or stakeholders how the proposed program will work.
Grant Writing
An appeal to funding sources of a proposed project. Duties include researching and writing a detailed project outline to receive an award for implementation or sustainability.

Printed or electronic Word Document, Power Point, Slide Show, and/or Multimedia Presentation displaying organizational information.

Workshop/Professional Development Training for entire staff; for example working session to help define/identify execution of strategic priorities with the organization
90 minute consultation via phone/video conferencing to discuss planning of specific project or event
Ongoing coaching in person or phone/video conferencing; for example a series of three 60 minute progress monitoring meetings, once monthly for 3 months
